a three-day stage combat intensive hosted by the University of Michigan Theater Department
The Fredricksen Intensive offers students 20+ hours of stage combat training over a three-day weekend in the first half of May. The training is led by certified teachers and fight directors of the Society of American Fight Directors (SAFD), and the hours go towards the SAFD's Skills Profiency Test (SPT) certification.

Workshop costs cover certificate of hours complete, lunch on Friday and Saturday, breakfast snacks, and, of course, our classic ringer t-shirt.
